Your NordicLights™ product is warranted for a one (1) year warranty against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device. The  warrant covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damages caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

If you discover a defect and notify NordicLights™ during the warranty period, NordicLights™ will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by proof of purchase. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt or order number for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed lifetime warranty coverage. In the situation that your product has been discontinued, you may be issued with a replacement product of the same value.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased through the NordicLights website, a licensed or authorised distributor.

This warranty does not cover and NordicLights is not responsible for:

  • This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse or misuse; improper care; impact or insertion of foreign objects; vandalism; improper storage; improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair; application of harmful chemicals; Acts of God, fire, or water; abrasives; negligence; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions; loss of the NordicLights device; alteration; professional use; or commercial use. 

If your NordicLights™ should become defective during the warranty period, contact us via email at contactnordiclights@gmail.com provided with proof of defects(photos/ videos) for repair or replacement.

You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and full instructions from Customer Care on how to return your NordicLights product. Shipping costs should be shouldered by the claimant. We reserve the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.

Product Improvement or Updates

NordicLights™ reserves the right to make changes and improvements to its products without incurring any obligation to incorporate such improvements in products previously sold.
